Tonight I am laying here in bed, after changing my sheets due to dog barf, wondering when on earth we will be able to remove the video surveillance from our boys' room.
Apparently not any time soon.
One of our sons thought it was not only okay to slash his window screen up with a knife, but he also thought it was okay to hide said knife under his pillow. A very sharp knife I might add...
This is not only not smart, but also quite dangerous, as we just got done pointing out to him in relatively loud voices.
And while the $18 in allowance he just forked over will hardly cover the cost of repairing the damage, it is a start. We have to now think of some additional consequences for this ridiculous action.
Can I just say that my girls never think of doing something so ridiculous? At least not yet...
Geez. It's only Wednesday.
